Title: Why I'm Not Just a Developer or Just a Creator, I Am a World-Builder
Hey there.
I'm tom velle, a creative technologist, storyteller, musician, investigator, and world-builder. I started in front-end development, but over time, my work cracked open into something bigger: building full-on universes from code, music, video, games, and stories.
I spent over 15 years in the SaaS world creating UI systems, tools, and scalable solutions, but now I am all-in on making things that feel alive. I am the mind behind Puzzleverse Productions, Squirrelville, and the evolving Tommyverse, where pop-punk soundtracks meet critter livestreams, ARG experiments, investigative journalism, and full-stack creativity that refuses to stay in a box.
These days, I work across music production, video editing, livestreaming, game development, AI-driven tools, and investigative media. I am always experimenting, making games where squirrels battle for golden peanuts, crafting true crime deep dives, remixing 2005 emo nostalgia, or launching content that blurs the lines between creator, character, and player.
Here is the thing: I do not just love code. I do not just love editing, or music, or games, or storytelling. I love combining them and creating things that spark emotion, curiosity, or connection. I want people to feel something when they see my work, even if it is just, "I did not expect that, but I am glad it exists."
I am not here to influence. I am here to create worlds. I am here to inspire.
